In Windows it depends on the Windows version, username, and the iOS hardware you are using.

For example:

Windows 7: \Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

Windows 10: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\

You can look around within your iTunes directory for other iOS devices.

The iOS system udpate file IPSW can be found mostly in \Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

Open the File Explorer on your laptop or desktop, browse to above location in Windows explorer, you can then find and delete those iPhone iOS update files in iTunes in .ipsw format on Windows PC.

Or you could perform a simple search for *.IPSW files under /Users directory if you have more than 1 user account in your PC.

Hi, I am Christoph, an independent advisor for Windows questions, ready to help you solving your issue. From what I understood is you can't access the folder for your iPhone updates. Please press Windows key + R simultaneously and type in %appdata% followed by the ENTER key. This should lead you to your AppData\Roaming folder. You should find .ispw files located following "Apple
Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates" which are indeed updates for your iPhone.
