Natural Locomotion Driver Crash on New SteamVR Beta
FYI, Natural Locomotion is creating a driver crash "rather than failing gracefully" on a new driver interface in the latest SteamVR Beta.
After updating SteamVR, users with Natural Locomotion are likely to receive the error: "Error: Shared IPC Compositor Connect Failed (306)", and it will fail to operate.
Presumably, fixing this requires developer attention

These seem to be crashes due to the OpenVR Input Emulator driver and the Natural Locomotion driver.
Both of these programs work by inserting themselves between SteamVR and the actual driver. Because of this, they do not benefit from the backward compatibility that SteamVR provides to drivers. When the driver interface changes, these wrappers should gracefully fail because the do not know how to load the newer driver version, but instead they are crashing.
The reason it appears to be a vrcompositor issue is just due to the sequence of events that causes vrserver to crash inside the driver_00natural.dll or driver_00inputemulator.dll at just the right moment that the compositor ends up restarting vrserver but then exiting itself.
