Keep the first link open, it shows how to install the game.
After installing, you should probably get the updates from the official site. Scroll through the site until you find the picture that says 3D_Custom_Girl XP, then click on that and you should find all the updates (Yes, they are free. You should already have the original XP, so don&#;t download that one.)
