1. Were you able to find Kingsoft Office Suite under Programs and Features?
2. If yes, what options do you get when right clicking on Kingsoft Office Suite under Programs and Features? 

And Clean boot steps are also applicable to Windows 10. Please try the same and keep us updated on the status of the issue.

1. Kingsoft Office suite appears in the list of programs and features. The uninstall option is greyed out. 

2. No options appear when tight clicking.

I suggest you to follow the Methods below and check if that helps.

Method 1: Disable security software on the system.

Disable Antivirus and security-related products, if you have any Antivirus installed for (Free) uninstall it, if not then disable the Antivirus, and check if issue is resolved.

Disclaimer:Antivirus software helps protecting your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software and\or troubleshoot any pertinent issue, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you are connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to malware attacks
