It is very difficult to retrieve anything deleted by Disk Cleanup. Restoring to a previous state doesn't retrieve the user files. Unless you have a backup in a USB drive or on Onedrive, it is a bad problem to have.

Is it impossible to recover it using regular data recovery software? Also, I thought I did have it saved to my Onedrive but it isn't there anymore either. Is there anything I can do?
