SOLUTION
Most of the time, when you get an error message saying that MSVCP140.dll is missing it's because you don't have the right version of Microsoft Visual C++ installed or it not installed at all.
Installing Microsoft Visual C++ should fix this problem
TIPS: For peoples running windows 64bit OS, you may need to install the 64 AND the 32bit version, as library for 64bit and 32bit are stored in diffrent locations.
Store the 64 bit version of MSVCP140.dll under C:\Windows\system32\MSVCP140.dll
And the 32 bit version under C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\MSVCP140.dll
