I have a good bit of machines that are 1803 and will not get the update for 1809, they seem to want to only get the jump to 1903 instead since its the current update being offered.
I know there a tool you can obtain to download the 1903 update instead of through WUS, is there a way to download the 1809 update to install manually or push to machines?
the downfall is these machines are Pro versions, and not Enterprise licensed versions and I do not have access to the Msft VL portal for this environment.
So if someone can tell me how I could download the 1809 Update that would be great!
1. In Chrome browse to this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
2. Press F12 to enter developer mode
3. Toggle Device toolbar by clicking the mobile icon or pressing Ctrl + Shift + m
4. On the left click "responsive" and select iPad Pro, then refresh the page.
5. you'll now have the option to select 1809 latest release.

Dear OP, Why aren't you trying to update to 1903 directly?

As mentioned the tool mentioned about pulls the 1903 update and not 1809 now, since its the latest build being pushed from Msft

Cause it has issues I'm not wanting to support currently until they can fix them and if users have 1803 Pro of Win10 installed they will be getting updated automatically to 1903 very soon, unless they are 1809 already or Enterprise versions

Hi Jeff,
You can download the ISO for 1809 directly from Microsoft without the Media Creation Tool. You need to change the User Agent setting on your browser to trick Microsoft into thinking you are not using a Windows machine. The web site will then let you choose the version you want to download. Just to be clear here, I am just looking to download the 1809 Update, not the entire ISO for Win10 if thats possible, since its not available when pulling down Windows Updates natively other than the latest Update for 1903

The best way to do this is with the ISO, per Microsoft. Your experience will be similar to the one pictured here. It's not as though you will be reinstalling windows.

Use the v1809 Update Assistant. I can send you the Update Assistant file if required, it's 6MB.
I'm not sure if you can use a command line switch to get it to install without any intervention, I just use it manually when needed.
