Pros: I have used both the products, Microsoft Office and Norton security products for many years. I taught the Senior Net program at Waukegan Township, Illinois , before Google went public on the stock exchange. I feel the need for instruction on the use of Window Using Newegg was a positive experience and had no trouble buying the products. It was a pleasure doing business with Newegg.
Cons: It is the constant bombardment of ads when using the Google Chrome browser and the constant wanting to change my password that is absolutely maddening and took my daughter, a professional comptroller of a non profit company who works from home, (labored all day of Labor Day) to download and get products working.
Overall Review: Certainly I would recommend Newegg and the products. Installing the products should be (Apple called it user friendly). My wish is using the products with ease. This is what I want, and need! My argument is with Microsoft and Window 10, not with Newegg. The products were sold at a price that was reasonable and fair. I had name recognition and therefore used Newegg when I was searching for the products that I purchased.
