You can either update games on a PS4 manually or set the system to so the console can download and install updates when it's not in use. Can i download from my PC the games updates for install it then to my needs tp transfer pkgs from USB to offical fw ps4 then follow the link. More to the point there is no way to.

PS4 - Download game updates to USB?
Hey guys,
So I don't have internet access at hone and a few of my games need updates.
Now I typically download system updates at work and load onto USB, then install at hone, simple.
Is it possible to do this with PS4 games though? I use my phone as a hotspot for certain things, but not for 10GB updates etc, just too costly.
Any suggestions regarding this?
